Dear Heartfelt Readers,
“In a conflict between the heart and the brain, follow your heart.” ~ Swami Vivekananda
Our culture teaches us to follow the intellect and mind ~ the genius of the brain.
But what following your emotions, feelings, sensations ~ the genius of the heart? The right side of your brain.
If I lead with my heart, I lead with unconditional love. Unconditional. What a high standard! Or is it? Unconditional is loving someone without expecting anything from them. Not changing them or knowing what is best for them. It’s giving without strings attached. You can “give to get” through the art of manipulation or coercion. Or you can “give to give.” It’s a fearless and daring love. Yet open, kind, tender, and gentle.
Can you give yourself this type of love? Nonjudgmental, accepting, and understanding.
Can you welcome the infinite embrace? Generous and inviting.
How can you truly love another if you never loved yourself?
Remember who are. Magnificently designed from the creator. And now creating.
There is nothing to fear. Everything has already been forgiven.
Love believes in all things. Love believes in amazing possibilities.
I’m learning unconditional love, not mastering it yet. Practicing self-love. Passionate love. Grounded in love. Open and free.
Rumi once said, “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built.”
I’m removing my barriers. Remembering that I am love. Tapping into infinite love.
Will you remove your barriers and welcome the divine dance with the creator?
Returning to Love,
