15 Apr GOALS THAT EXCITE AND SCARE YOU
Dear Goal-Setting Readers,
Have you set a goal so exhilarating that it scares you?
Pierre and I began dating on May 20, 1994. Three weeks later, we started a goal book. We set short-term and long-term goals. We have watched them manifest over twenty years. We visit our goal book yearly. And we stand amazed. We are creating our life!
Some Things We Manifested Along Our Path:
Two kids (6-10-94) Magical births is how they entered the world – one with a trumpet; the other one with light.
Attend the Indian’s guy lecture so that we get on the road to living 120 chronological years (6-10-94). The Indian guy is Deepak Chopra. We joke with Deepak’s tone, “You do not know what you do not know.”
Marriage (7-2-94) We knew by our third date that we would marry.
Buy a house in California. We even described it. (9-2-95) It took Hurricane Katrina to position us.
Finalize the adoption (2-14-08) How this lined up in a divine way. We were chosen out of 500 families when we were waiting on the sidelines. We received the phone call a month before Lucas was born.
Go to Hawaii (2-14-08) One of the most memorable vacations with hiking and kayaking. We felt like we were Indiana Jones on a big adventure!
Keep writing (1-3-13) It’s my healing. It’s my clarity. It’s my heart and soul.
Plant seeds of change (12-21-12) Thankfully, change has evolved in numerous ways!
Now, the Exhilarating Goal:
Pierre is giving up his law practice of twenty-two years. The work of Bob Proctor has moved him and forever changed him. He wants to share the work with others so they can meet their goals and achieve their dreams. Why not work with Bob Proctor?
For me, I am releasing my first book in a series called Life Storms. Life Storms: Hurricane Katrina will be the first installment! Blogging has opened me up to write this book-to be vulnerable, humble, and honest.
Our work has now converged as we help others heal and gain clarity. If you would have asked me a year ago that this would be our plan, I probably would have doubted. But I kept visualizing what I wanted in a partner, in a marriage, in my life.
See, we both got out the way of how things should be and embraced how they were meant to be.
My spiritual call has merged with my creative expression. Pierre’s spiritual call has merged with his creative expression. Now, we are stronger. The revealed path showed up as we got out the way.
“Set a goal to achieve something that is so big, so exhilarating that it excites you and scares you at the same time. It must be so appealing and so much in line with your spiritual call that you cannot get it out of your mind; if you do not get chills when you set a goal, then you are not setting big enough goals.”
~ Bob Proctor
What are your goals?
What excites you and scares you at the same time?
Has your spiritual call merged with your creative expression?
We all creators. The power lies in expressing that creation. May you create it and live it. Don’t live with regrets. Live with passion in everything you do!
And maybe, just maybe, you will consider opening your goal book. You are never late to show up differently and authentically. You are right on time!
