Dear Fresh Readers,
The New Year has begun. Woo-hoo. And I’m feeling quite minty. In fact, I concocted a minty smoothie. I’ve been drinking it every day. Craving it. It satisfies my sweet craving, and it has lots of yummy ingredients. So, I thought to share with my fresh readers.
I guess you didn’t know that I like good food. I can’t be serious all the time. A girl needs to have fun and eat too!
THROW ME SOME MINT SMOOTHIE

Throw in the blender and blend away dream baby.
It serves two in case you want to share with your lovey-dovey. I made it for Pierre and he said, “That is really good.” Lucas declared with a raised hand in the air, “I don’t do mint!” And Gabriel sipped it and replied, “Too much mint mom.” Well, I love it. And that is what counts!
It’s my blissful concoction made with some delicious superfoods. I tried it without the figs, goji berries, and immortal machine superfood… and it still rocks. Experiment and see what works for you. I like the cacao nibs because it gives a crunchy texture. But I’m sure the cacao powder works just as well. I accidentally grabbed Lucas’s lactose free milk out the refrigerator, thinking it was coconut milk. But I realized, it wasn’t an accident. It was an experiment. And a delicious one at best. Experiment and have fun in the kitchen.
Blare the music and dance. And if people are watching, dance anyway. They might just join you.
