FEELING BLISSFUL

Dear Blissful Readers,

Today was one of those days where everything was peaceful. I worked out. I ate well. I took my vitamins. I did a morning meditation and an afternoon meditation. I grounded myself so energetically I was balanced all day. I had a meeting with my spiritual coach.

I let go and let in. There was a rhythm, a flow, a steadiness. I didn’t sit at my computer all day. I didn’t figure out what to do next. I listened. I slowed down. I checked in.

I went to the Meditation Gardens at the Self-Realization Fellowship. I laid in the grass all comfy with the sun blazing and the waves of the ocean crashing nearby. The security guard tapped me and said, “No laying down in the grass.” Startled, I responded, “Really?” She commented, “Really.” So, I sat up and did my meditation. Rules. Sometimes you love them and sometimes they don’t make sense. But I still enjoyed my quiet time.

I came home and played with our dog. I took a nap outside. The household was calm too. The boys got along. Everything was at peace.

I selected a Doreen Virtue angel card and selected “Queen of the Water” ~ Tenderhearted. Empathetic. Patient. Loving. It read, “Even if things aren’t perfect, there’s a sense of peace and calm within you, and you intuitively know what to do next. Your feelings for – and insights about – others can be trusted… A person of deep but mature emotions, able to sense what others need and lovingly provide it. An intuitive person who trusts his or her perceptions and uses them to navigate the physical world successfully.”

Do you have those days where you are at peace in the world… When there is no striving? Not a moment here and there… But all day and all night? When your mind chatter stops and there is vast empty space of pure bliss?

Have you slowed down?

Have you checked in?

Have you listened to the rhythm of oneness?

Have you trusted your insights?

Have you acknowledged your feelings?

Are you tenderhearted, empathetic, patient and loving to yourself? It begins with yourself and then you can extend it to others, not the other way around.

Are you navigating the physical word successfully?

Wikipedia describes bliss as extremely happy, full of joy. Synonyms include ecstatic, elated, joyful, euphoria, overjoyed, orgasmic, rapturous, on cloud nine.

Go get your bliss on!

Blissfully,
Jennifer
