BRIDGE FROM BROKENNESS TO WHOLENESS

Dear Whole Readers,

Do you feel whole?

Have you fully integrated?

Have you gone into your shadows, fears, doubts?

Have you traveled through the darkness only to see the glorious light?

Have you crossed the bridge from brokenness to wholeness?

To show up fully and authentically in the world, you have to address your brokenness. There is no getting around it. I don’t consider myself broken or you broken. I define “brokenness” as addressing your fears, doubts, insecurities, and shadows. It’s the places that you wrestle with over and over. It’s the patterns that are being repeated. They are the reactions being triggered. The masks that you wear. And we all have the places that we want to hide. We don’t want to rub salt to the wound. We are already have the lingering effects of the sting.

So we hold onto our suffering, pain, and trauma. We live with the guilt and fear. And we crucify ourselves daily with our judging inner critic.

Do you recognize the patterns?

Are you aware of your sabotaging patterns?

We do it with food. We do it with sex. We do it with parenting. We do it with relationships. We do it with our time… with our money… with splendid opportunities. We repeat the process of sabotage. We get stuck and we think this is how life is meant to be. We are worthy and deserving of the same… the same hot mess.

But what if we are worthy of more?

What if we are deserving of more?

What if we can receive more?

Change is inevitable. We can resist it or we can embrace it. And when we let go of that tight grip, we usher in a new reality. We heal on that bridge of brokenness. We gain clarity on the bridge. We start allowing. We start remembering who we really are. We are whole. And the more that we allow our wholeness to be integrated in this very present moment… in this very present time… life gets peaceful.

“Acceptance looks like a passive state, but in reality it brings something entirely new into this world. That peace, a subtle energy vibration, is consciousness.”
~ Eckhart Tolle

When you wake up, you realize that you don’t want to feel this way anymore. And you decide to change. You are recognizing who you are. You are expanding consciousness. You are healing. You are becoming whole.

I am becoming whole. I am remembering. I am expanding. I am receiving. And it’s glorious!

All my love,
Jennifer
